Hello guys, lately I started experiencing serious battery drain with my BlackBerry z10. Whenever the battery gets to 45%, the phone automatically shuts itself down. I would only need to charge it for it to come up. I have done hard resets and several wipes still the problem persists. Please, anyone experiencing this same problem or has an idea on how I can overcome this should kindly post it here. The phone is less than 60 days old. I am no heavy user.

    Is your phone an STL-100-1?

    Known issue.

Temp fix is to re-calibrate the battery by charging it fully and then pulling it out for several hours - search calibrate battery for full details and others experience. But this only last for about a week.
