my bbz30 just came and decided to wipe it (foolish move) and that shredder icon was not going and taking so much time..
I did a hard reset and it switched off.. and the nest thing I know.. there's a yellow sign asking me to go to a BlackBerry error site.
well, I had to reload the software.
BlackBerry Link didn't work for me(and the website method).. so I had to download the autoloader for for bb10.2.1 for z30.
    1) switch off phone.
    2) run the autoloader.
3)connect phone and press power button.
sit back and cross your fingers.

Ever found a solution? I was dumb enough to pull the battery since it took almost 24 hours for a wipe and I have the same 0015 error. And I can't reload the phone on Link because Link won't recognize the phone. :-(

Download the autoloader for your device, just make sure you pick the right file so you don't run into another error..
Your data will be gone. But since you were wiping anyway so no loss

I may be doing something wrong, but if I understand correctly, after I install the autoloader and plug my phone in, it should automatically start doing its "thing". But instead, the phone turns on and I just get the same error message :-(

Take the battery out, then connect the phone to usb, then run the autoloader file.
It should say in the black window "connected to bootloader" then "uploading ram image"

As soon as it says connected you can put the battery back in.. if it's going right a green LED should be on during the process
