I've had the issue where my phone reboots from simply setting it down on the table. ? I'm usually pretty careful but sometimes it does it regardless of how gentle I am. I've read posts about folding a piece of paper and jamming it under the back cover to put more pressure on the battery but it still happens. Any ideas on this? Is it somehow software related to the gyroscope or something? It's a Q10 btw. Any help would be greatly appreciated since this is the only recurring issue I have with the phone

Mine did the same, although it was z10. Had to wedge a chunk in cardboard underneath the battery cover and it solved the problem
