    Phone stopped working. It is not the battery; checked it on another Z10. My laptop doen't even recgnize my Z10 when connecting to Blackberry link. Any idea what could be wrong?

    Make sure you are using a data cable, not a charging cable (not the same). Do you see a charge light when plugged in to the device's charger? You can try and leave it plugged into he charger o/nite to see if it ressurects itself. Then try to see if PC can recognize it.
    And if you have good contact for the battery, the battery was tried in another phone and it worked, then by deduction, the device may have passed on......
