I just updated by Z10 to the new 10.3 update OTA provided by my network provider, once done there was no network signal and wouldn't charge. I did a back up so dont mind downgrading, but my phone is completely dead and will not charge, do you have any solution for this? Thanks

I just need the phone to switch on so I can wipe or downgrade.

I'm having the same exact problem! Just updated my phone this morning, no network connection and phone will not charge, I've tried multiple chargers. Really wish I knew what was going on, going to take it to Rogers later today but I'm guessing they'll have no idea what to do :\

    Hi

I have same problem with my Q10, phone is not charging on version 10.3.01.2267 (also 10.3.01.1565) and it is working really slow. You need to charge Your battery on external charger and dowgrade Your soft with autoloader to 10.2.01.2174 (it will erase all Your data)

I would try a couple of reboots before I take it to Rogers. OS might just need some sorting out.

My berry keeps getting better...Z10 since Feb 2013
