    The Z10 was working fine until upgrades (10.3.1.1565) last week. It worked for a day or two but then died.

    I thought that the battery might be bad and bought another. Same problem.

    Right now the phone does not come on at all. Red light flashes. I can't use at all.

    Where to start?
