    Does anybody know an app for paypal, where I can check my balance and stuff, . Etc... , I downloaded the android app but it won't. Work bec I don't have google play services and I wasn't able to install em, so I gave up.. any hlep?

    Go Here follow the instructions and then enjoy paypal. Also when the little white dialogue box pops up stating about Google Play Services, most time (after this fix) just tap anywhere that is not in that box and it will go away and your app will start up just fine. Hope this helps you out!!
