I'm new to BlackBerry and probably missing the info that I'm after. I own a classic and I'm looking for an app to allow Nfc payment like Google wallet or Apple pay. I'm in the UK.

Can't speak for the UK but in Canada the ability to use NFC payments in BB10 devices is carrier specific, device specific and bank specific. Not all banking institutions offer the service across all devices and not all phone carriers enable the service.
Google Wallet app is available from Google Play. The app requires a Google account and registration and should work on BB10 with latest updates--requires Android 4.0.3 only but I was under the impression that it was only available in the USA. You would have to create an account and install Play services on your phone to see if it works.
Not familiar with apple pay unfortunately.
