"Payment Options" drains battery & mobile data

Hey all,
All of a sudden this app started draining my battery and mobile data, over 100mb, see for yourself. What is this sh*t and why?!! I can close the app but it will come back. Q5 on 10.3.1.1154
This happened this afternoon, when my phone was in my pocket, doing nothing...didnt change anything either. Weird :/

This is happening to me too. My phone doesn't even last 6 hours. "Payment Options" shows 145% battery usage.
