    After a low-battery spell, the blackberry passport was plugged in overnight. Now the screen has gone black and the phone won't boot. Instead it gives a sequence of red light flashes (1 flash followed by 6 shorter flashes). Any fix for this? How can one get the phone to work again?

    Hi do you have BlackBerry link installed on your computer
    Connect the phone to pc and reload the OS

    My blackberry passport wont turn on tried powerbutton like it says, and screen stays black ,and red light flashing ,can you send ,me the os drivers for the passport
