Hi everyone. It seems like my Passport has an issue to establish a data connection on the go. My WiFi connection works just fine, but as soon as it tries to connect through my carrier, it won't most of the time. I'm sure it's my passport, because I've tried my SIM card in other phones and other SIM cards in my BlackBerry.

Anyone noticed the same issue? Or has a way to solve it?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes I did. Nothing seems to be wrong it. And as already said, I've tested my SIM card in another phone in which it works just fine.
I can't rely on it anymore, that's really bad since I receive daily a few important mails.

Honestly don't know what to do.

Did you verify the son settings, the only time I have seen that message is when I was traveling to the states and using a roam mobile sim but I was on a partner network.

Changed apn to the correct one and everything started working.

Yes, I did a while ago. From time to time it is working, but let's say 80 percent of the time it doesn't.
Sadly it seems like nobody (BlackBerry, Vodafone) is able to help me and I'm stuck with it.

    Thank you anyway.

When it stops working are the apn settings still the same or do you have to update them?

The APN settings are still the same, that's the thing I don't understand. The settings are correct, I checked with my operator. I seriously have no clue what my Passport is doing. Looks like I have to make use of my warranty

That is very weird, the only other time I had an issue like that it happened on all devices and it was due to a bad SIM card.

But it's worth trying, I'm going to order a new one. Who knows, it might work.

    Thank you.
