    Please don't tell me I've lost my data or my phone is dead!!! This problem started after an error during BBLink update and I unplugged from USB.

    Try a hard reset.............hold both volume buttons.........until the word BlackBerry comes up.

    plug it in to Link. You have backed up your info? Either way, a wipe maybe the only way to bring it back to life

    I didn't back it up, which is why I want to see if I can bring it back without wiping it. Surely the data is on the device somewhere!
