    I am new user of passport. SQW100-1. The touch in button is working everywhere except menu (side to side) and cant zoom in using button. please help to solve this !? OS version 10.3.1.2576 but not updating latest saying already updated latest....

    Actually 10.3.2 is the latest version (except if you have an unlocked phone from shopblackberry, in which case you may have 10.3.3 available). What do you mean by the "touch in button"?

    button touch is not working when i am on menu. I mean I cannot swipe the menu using touch of button..

    If you are referring to the touch enabled keyboard on the Passport do the following....

    System settings.....Language and Input....Touch-Enabled keyboard....enable or disable as desired.

    Reboot your device if you haven't done that. If that still didn't work then do a Security Wipe. If that still didn't work then it probably is a hardware issue.
