    My Passport is in Security Wipe status right now at 98% but it's been 19 hours now and not done yet. SOS please! Is it possible to cancel it and reset again?

    Try a hard reboot of device...hold power button down for 20-30 secs. until red LED flashes...it will force a restart and may speed the wipe process through, however your best bet is to connect to a PC with BBLINK
    and again try to force device recognition by trying a hard reboot while connected. Complete the wipe through BBLINK.

    If that fails to initiate you may need to use an autoloader with the appropriate OS.

    In future DO NOT initiate a wipe directly from your device...better to wipe using BBLINK.
