    Guys, my Passport camera is acting up. This started after a month of use. When I launch camera it keeps trying to focus even when I tap to focus or lock focus. Subsequently pics come out of focus. Device reset didn't help. Bought open market device with bill in Mumbai, India. Any suggestions/helpful advice please?

    Reboot: Hold the top buttom and do not let go untill you see the BB loading screen. Ignore on-screen prompts to lock/reboot.

    Also check if you messed up the focus settings.
