    Is there anything I can do about my blazing phone. Like it's on fire! Just switch on the data and it starts getting extremely hott! I even can't hold my phone now as I'm typing this, I'm typing like I'm on a typewriter! I use a Q5 by the way

    First try a hard reset - press both volume buttons until device reboots. After that, you may have to do a OS reload using Link.

    It is possible an errant app is running away with your CPU, so you can check your device monitor for sometime unusual under "CPU".
