    It's been on the Q10 for months, your provider probably hasn't released it yet, or you need to turn it off, remove the sim, on again and check from wifi

    If it's a phone branded to a carrier, removing the SIM probably won't help. If it's not, you would have the update by now. I just got 10.3.2 for my unbranded phone. You can always DIY. Unless you're on T-mo,USA, in which case you will pooch wifi-calling.

    I've an unbranded phone, I needed to remove the sim for an update to appear, did it yesterday, removed sim and out of nowhere a minor 10.3.1 came

    You should not have to remove the SIM on an unbranded phone to get the update. (I have 10.3.2 on my unbranded). Who's your carrier?

    My carrier doesn't support OTA updates (giffgaff), it varies, my z10 didn't get 10.2.1 until I removed the sim, my 30 just got one after I removed it.

    Now I'm waiting for 10.3.2, having to link to WiFi all the time

    Well, they skipped 10.3.1 from the looks of it, you might get jumped to 10.3.2 this month

    Ohhh you're on Verizon. Well, that sucks, upgrades-wise. Because you have to buy Verizon branded phones, which means you are on the carrier's schedule for updates. And the only carrier that pushes updates to Verizon phones is...Verizon.
