I have a Q10. Purchased From UAE (Carrier Independent). And right now I am in Germany, using O2 sim card. Using mobile Data almost always (2G and 3G). I am not Happy with the battery life as I used to be. Now I have 2 new batteries which is been brought recently in 1 months time. I also started using charging bundle. I used almost all OS including the latest fix OS 2558. I am not able to decide which one plays good on my battery coz I was always jumping to and fro to leaks and official. I only want an OS which is sooper good on battery. I dont care about android apps or display style, coz I was really happy with 10.2.1. Can anybody please tell me which OS version is going to be the best battery giving OS?

There is not a single answer to this question. Sometimes one OS (at least the radio component - which can be loaded separately) will play better with your particular WiFi or mobile situation better than others.

In principle, the newer the OS, the better things generally get.

For me, the latest, 10.3.1.2558, is the best BlackBerry OS to date.

But it dint play good for my Q10. Now I am back to Q10SQN100-3/10.2.1.3175 since yesterday night. Have to check how it plays. So according to you which is the best radio and os files for Q10 till date?

I still think it's the latest 10.3.1.2558 because the notification volume problems seems mostly resolved for the Qs.

You may have to try a clean install (security wipe) before you can properly conclude if the OS works for you or not.

I always do it fresh without any restore. Today is the 1st time I am going to do an OTA update. That too 1581, coz I still havnt got any another updates. I dont know if its coz I havnt installed 1581 that I am not getting other updates. My gf z30 got all the 3 updates after 1581. So I am gona try it. I dont want to start fresh this time. And about notification volume, it isnt stil par with 10.2.1.
Typing this message, I just checked the sound output in my gf z30 in the top latest OS available. Music out put is higher than the notification volume. And it is opposite in my Q10 with OS 10.2.1.
Am too much confused now with whats happening with BlackBerry OS es.
