    Two options:

    You wait till 10.3.1 is released as only the Passport and Classic will get 10.3
    OR
    You load one of the leaks.

    Please use Sachesi . . . with such parameters as set on the screen copy quoted below. Then Sachesi will download the radio file for Z3, the core OS file, and all app files. (Core OS file and app files are common to Z3 / Z10 (excluding STL100-1) / Z30 / Q5 / Q10.)
