    It's coming in January or late December, supposedly. You can always load a leak if you're that desperate.

    That's because whoever told you that loaded the wrong file, an incomplete version of the OS for developers.

    Either load the leak or wait like everyone else. It will be out when Blackberry and the carriers release it.
