Hello, i use a Blackberry Z10 STL 100 -1.
i downloaded and installed the autoloader file which was released for my phone, after installation, my phone won't go past the wifi setup. in other words i cant use the phone because it remains in the setup section and i cant go forward. someone who has a solution to this problem should kindly help me out i'll appreciate the gesture. Thank you very much

10.3.3 is not compatible with Z10STL100-1. Use 10.3.2.2813.

Thanks Conite but the problem is that i can't go back to a lower Os version. but if it is possible, kindly give me a link for the file download

You can go back, because the Z10STL100-1 never accepted the 10.3.3 update.

Try 10.3.2.2813.

If you haven't yet resolved your problem then 2 options are available but whichever one you choose requires patience, perhaps quite a lot.

Option 1. If you have BlackBerry Link installed on a PC and it's working then run it and connect your phone via USB cable. From the Preferences menu, select Reload Device Software.

Option 2. Download and extract OS 10.3.2.2876 from the OS Archive forum. Run the autoloader on a Windows PC, then connect your phone via a USB cable.

Hopefully, with some good patience your phone should be restored back to normal working condition.
