    I have a BB Q10 with OS 10.2.1.1.3247 and it blocks unknown calls (telephone number is not in my contact list or no ID send). I have installed the apps Power tools (blocks call from OS 10.3) and Profile Changer. In both apps I did not find anything that block calls. The unknown calls get a Busy answer and are directed to the voicemail. The known numbers in my contact list get through and the phone rings.

    Does anyone have an idea?

    the remaining option that can do this is parent control under your setting > security and privacy > parental control .. switch off call from contacts only
