I've been looking for sd cards for BB Priv but man... those formats and speed classes are overwhelming.
I'm thinking about going with 200GB microSD UHS3-I. Bus II is unsupported for Android devices I guess?

For what it's worth, it's all backwards compatible, so even if you buy a bus II card you'll be able to use it, albeit at lower speed.

Do you really need more than 104 MB/s r/w rates on your card so that UHS-II would be of concern?

Whichever card you decide for, bear in mind that if you use it as adoptable (internal) storage it will lose quite a bit of performance. Mine drops to around 1/3 normal of its normal write speed (from 15 MB/s to <5 MB/s) so I gave up on using it that way because it's too slow even for recording 1080p video.

Considering the 4K video recording, I hope going with UHS-3 won't hurt

I can record 4K and 1080p60 without issues or dropped frames with those 15 MB/s. If you don't mind using your card as external storage, i.e. without encryption, you'll be more than fine with a UHS-3 card.

Can't say for sure with it formatted as internal storage. I'd guess there wouldn't be issues, but unfortunately I can't find any proper reviews/tests of card speeds in such conditions.
