I think viber isn't available in the appworld for Q10 because when I want to download , it says UNAVAILABE FOR THIS DEVICE but I don't have the same problem with Z10!!!!!

The Viber app has never been optimised for 1:1 devices. You can still download the Viber app from the Amazon Appstore, or Snap.

What you get from BlackBerry World is an Android point. It should be the same.
Actually, the version you get when you download from Snap or Amazon is more updated than the one they have on BlackBerry World.
