[ACFP3]

Hey all,

Any possible solutions to this issue? Essentially the only things that work in the phone are the actual phone app and the hub.

Nothing opens, can't even access the settings. When plugged into Link the device does not connect.

I've attached a video I took of the issue with the hopes of someone being able to help out.

What about loading a new OS?

Tried hard reset? (Depress both volume keys for at least 30 seconds)

Z10 STL100-1, OS 10.3.0.1052

Tried hard reset to no avail. Dont want to run autoloader because all info will be wiped.

Go here and get either the core OS for what version your running, or download the whole autoloader and extract it with Sachesi, then use Sachesi to sideload the core OS. It'll be nondestructive, only problem you may encounter is getting your Z10 to be recognized. Not guaranteed it will fix your issue, but it's something to try. And be sure to shutdown and remove the SD card if you have one, then turn it back on and put it in Airplane Mode before you start.
