    Ohh...that makes sense. Guess i'll have to delete apps again. I've loaded app store and downloaded a few apps through play store, could there be a chance it spammed through that??

    For me, it was a native app 'Theme'. Android apps usually have ad ribbons within the app (unless it's paid). You could try checking the settings of each instead of going through the uninstall/reinstall cycle?
