    I use outlook.com also. Z10 here. Every so often, one account will stop getting email. I need to go into the account settings and toggle any switch off/on and then it works again. I just read yesterday that perhaps the default server used when the account was created might not be correct. Someone tried changing it from the default to s.outlook.com. Maybe try one of these suggestions.
