    when i sent a bbm it just shows a check mark beside message sent. it no longer does the d or r in the colored circle and the person on the other end is not getting anything. i have done the upgrade from blackberry world, battery pull and reset and still not working.

    A check mark means it has been sent properly, but has not been received by the other party. The problem is not at your end.
