    Also, try performing a reset on your BlackBerry Z30. This is similar to performing a battery pull on older devices and has been known to resolve battery drain issues in some cases. To perform a reset, hold down the Power/Lock key on the top of your device for ~10 seconds, ignoring the shut down screen, carrier logo (if applicable), and BlackBerry logo. Release the Power/Lock key when you see the BlackBerry 10 OS loading screen appear (with the BlackBerry logo and progress indicator).
