And to top this off , something that has completely baffled me is why the heck I am unable to open up PDFs in an emails this is beyond frustrating. What is wrong here

Are you running the latest OS MM, and recent updates apps, especially hub?

Yes the latest marshmallow version and all aps are up to date I check every day, what I've learned is that the high memory usage hurts the phone performance hugely like for the last week the the memory started at say 2.4-2.5 out of the 2.8 that is available and that's were I started to really see things head down hill and from there it got up to 2.7 this morning and the phone was crawling around like a 🐢 embarrassing! Just did a rest ,( what is a hard rest?). And bang it's back down to 2.4 and running like a champ ,what the hell is going on here, as I really don't have many aps on the phone thank you.
