[CrackBerry Question]

Have a Q10. I recently took the back cover off the phone and since then the touchscreen doesn't work. I can see my screen saver photo and the phone is still keeping the correct time. I've tried holding the up and down down button in at the same time, also I powered it on and off several times. The touchscreen still doesn't work. Any help, please? Cheers

Reload the OS. If it doesn't work after that, try using an autoloader on it. Still not working? Touchscreen is dead and likely a hardware failure. Look at replacement/exchange/warranty/self-repair options.
