    Have blackberry z10. Receive text but not getting the notification. Telus could not fix it either. All notifications are turned on
    Tried removing battery. Reinstalled Facebook. Turned settings off in hub then on. Nothing is working. Any help out there???? Anyone have the same prob??? I think it happened after the last update.

    Having the same problem after upgrade sent by at ATT 10.2.1.3337. Message in hub. Not in text area says. No entries!!!! Panicking had messages and text I needed. Went in hub management. Did the same, off and on. So sound on text arrival. Not listed in text area only hub. Thus is a PAIN!!

    Text notification issue. Someone suggesting Facebook app was the problem for no text notifications. Didn't work for me.
