    Hi everyone, maybe the BlackBerry community can help me on this one. For some strange and inexplicable reason, my phone chime/ringer doesn't play when I receive an incoming call. I see the call coming in on screen but no ringer. Every other notification for messages and applications works fine. I've checked the notification settings and main volume settings. Everything looks normal. This one has me stumped.

    I could be mistaken , but I thought there was a problem like that in one of the OS that came out which one are you on and have you upgraded lately.
