[CrackBerry Question]

Recently I have not been able to make outgoing calls without using speakerphone. I can see the call dialling and connecting on the screen, but I cannot hear the ringing or when the other person answers. I have no problem receiving calls. I have a Blackberry Bold 9700 that is about 4 years old.

Have you checked all areas of options that include speakerphone, headset and earphone options? Also, have you rebooted your phone lately? Does it need a software update?

I've checked everything with sounds and alerts. Haven't found anything in options related to speakerphone, headset or earphone options. I also rebooted a couple times with no luck. Right now I don't have internet connectivity, so I can't update software.
