    No sound and no notification while getting calls.
    So I miss important calls.
    But while get message it has notification sound.
    Plz help

    It depends on what phone you are using. Go to your settings/notifications and check your sounds for your calls and other apps.

    Which phone are you using? Would help to know this since accessing your settings/profiles will differ. Perhaps you have customized a profile and you have calls set to silent but notifications are setup such that an alert is provided.

    You have not mentioned the device you are using. In case you are using the Passport please take out and reinsert the SD card again . I had a similar issue on my Passport SE with the customised ringtone. I did this trick and it worked for me. Please try it .
