no incoming sip calls on black screen

Hello to everybody.

Here is the situation:

we installed Bria CCS on BB10. It works perfect - makes in and out calls. But incoming calls are available only if screen is active. It the screen is black all calls go to Bria voice mail directly. We checked this issue with Taki and there is the same result there.

It may be some kind of settings in BB it self?

Ihave the same problem as well.. I have a Z30 with 10.3.0.675 OS.
