Did you update when prompted on your phone or did you download/update from a CrackBerry file?

Did you perform a Backup on BlackBerry Link prior to updating?

The last OS I was using crashed and I got an error bb105 that's when I downloaded new OS. I had not backed up files.. just pictures on my link

It sounds like you used the wrong autoloader i.e. a developer os. Try another one bit.ly/autoloaders

Please don't make more than 1 thread for the same issue, people will help you out. It looks like you have downloaded a Auto-loader but it was probably a developer one.

I always advise sticking to Official OS. Then you will never have any of these problems.

The Q10 file is the same as the Q5 file. Just download the large file to your PC, unzip it, plug in your phone, and run it. Done. Please remember that your device will be wiped again.
