    I am struggling to download BIS/BBM on my new handset. I've made double sure that my BIS is activated through my service provider, but still I get this error message whenever I want to download something through Blackberry World...!! Why is this continuing?????

    What handset is that? Are you sure BIS has been activated? Have you tried opening a page in the browser? Does it also happen when you are on a Wi-Fi network?
