    Hi I have a BlackBerry Passport when I am making a video form my phone there is No Audio during video recording I can't hear anything like I'm making a video of people talking I can see the video but no voice comes can someone please help me out with this please cause I have to make a video hope to hear from you guys

    First try and reboot your phone.
    Test your audio with BBVE. If all passes try an alternative camera app. There is a free one available in the BBW holiday giveaway..

    You may need to reboot phone or reload/update OS.

    If you fail the tests you may have a microphone issue. Are there any problems with voice conversations?

    No my voice note are going on what's apps n my phone is ringing n I can hear music also

    Did your BBVE tests show any failure?
    Did you try a reboot or reload?

    Ya I did I think my video camera Mike is spoiled cause few days back my cousins by mistake dropped coke on my ph on the back camera so I think that time it got spoiled but thank you for your help
