I purchased a BB Q10 from Amazon.in in Sep, 2016. As the BBM was not working, I contacted the Blackberry help. The Blackberry Technical support team communicated with me and informed me that, according to the finding of the analyst, my brand new Q10 is found to be in 'Suspended'/ 'Blocked' status, which happens when a handset is reported to be lost or stolen. Am I using a lost/stolen device???!!! I contacted amazon.in, who forwarded my enquiry to the seller (Dassler) and am awaiting for their reply. My question is that is it advisable and safe to continue using a device with such a status? Kindly give some guidance.
