    please,,where can i get the "buckup files" for my blackberry nextel 7520,,,,,i dont have any buckup files,,,,how can i do to fix this problem

    Download BlackBerry Desktop Manager:-

    https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/D...247A852FAD3647

    Install it and do your backup by connecting your BB device with a USB cable.
