Yes 8GB is very questionable.... Are you saying that you having installed any apps or accounts?

Best solution is to use LINK on a PC.

Use Link on a PC. Far less temporary space on the device is required.

It's a problem with all z3's .... not enough space.

To upgrade, use an autoloader from here: https://supportforums.blackberry.com...r/td-p/2466747

back up your device. be aware the latest version does have a minor bug in it, but it goes away after a while and is no detriment to the operating of the phone.

Stop typing like a ****** please. Is your keyboard spoiled? Anyway. The issue that you're having is something I've dealt with. A friend of mine had this problem when I tried to update her phone. What I did was download the autoloader, connected the phone, then ran the autoloader. It updated. So that fixed it.

Remember the autoloader will not work if you don't have the BlackBerry drivers installed on your computer. To install the drivers you'll have to install BlackBerry Link, which you can download from BlackBerry's website.

Also, the autoloader is a .exe so you'll need a Windows computer.

English is not everyone's first language, so think about before making such comments.
