Hello, Inwant to know if Blackberry launches the Venice with Android and some specific functions for BB, does anyone know if the new OS would be operative on a e.g. a Passport or a Z30?
Still have my Z10 over my nightstand, although I've migrated to Samsung S6.
BlackBerry has not even acknowledged that it is building an Android device. Although there has been video of a Passport running Android and lots of speculation about it, there has been no evidence that existing users would be able to install an Android OS on their BB10 devices.
At this point there are lots of rumors and speculation, NOBODY knows for sure what the future plans for BlackBerry are. It's likely not even Chen knows what's going on at BlackBerry, he basically says nothing in the interviews no matter how much he speaks.
