Hello i shoping from internet and i aby bb passport silver edition... all is good. but now when is coming i dont saw on dysplay "galery, video, music " nothing of this and other coestion is how i can change email for bb id ,because i think is delete it ? Thanks a lot

Try using BlackBerry Link to reload the OS. It sounds like someone sold you a device running a dev OS though.

Ha! If it works. I've un installed it and re installed. No dice on windows 10. It used to work though. BlackBerry needs to fix this. Blackberry shouldn't have their users trying do do work arounds.
