I Just got a BlackBerry os update 10.3.2.2836 does anyone knows what are the new features and i really want to know if the Android runtime bug is fix it, the one that didnt let us unistall Android apps.

If it's the update date you get after installing the leak then it's just the new runtime and bring the problems back.
Exactly....2836 is the recent release with corrupt runtime. If you installed bar file fix the system recognizes old OS and pushes 2836 again.
Don't update.
