[CrackBerry Question]

Hello everyone,

I just got a BB passport yesterday and i am trying to make it work.
However, the BBM app is not working at all.

I always have the message "temporary servor error".

I already restart, wipe, hard reset, re-register the blackberry, try over Wifi or 4g....
Still same issue...

Also, i need to get some Android app to work on the phone like hangout, viber, pokemon go for example.

I saw the tread of Coblat but i cannot install those APK even using chrome extension or the playbook software...any ideas?

back up your device.. your BBM app not working tells me you have corrupt files.
reinstall a clean version of the latest OS.10.3.2.2876 with autoloader.only and install using your cable between your device and computer

Other than a reboot the re-this and re-that were a total waste of time.
the safest way to install large files such as the OS is always best done by cable. when doing OTA the slightest glitch caused by the elements can corrupt a file.

i believe that wipe doesn't mean what you think it means. If you had wiped your device it would have deleted all of your downloaded apps, email accounts and media files and so on.

While we are here to help you through important issues, we're not going to hold your hand and walk you through it step by step. Not taking the time to at least show even the slightest effort on your part such as saying you wiped your device.when you couldn't have..does not give us the incentive to want to help if you can't be bothered. to do your part.

Now as far as your apps are concerned, other than helping with the most major apps such Whatsapp'its up to you to visit the many threads that .already have enough posts and information to help you help yourself, where your personal app preferences are concerned.

so one step at a time. let's get the new OS installed and we'll take it from there.

I mean i went to security and wipe my device completly.

Is there any software to download to install the fresh OS?

and which one should i choose ? debrik, core OS or radio?
