I just got my new blackberry classic today and I was under the assumption that they came with headphones. Which mine didn't so I was wondering if I was just wrong or if I didn't get them. In that case what can I do about it?

i have purchased 5 blackberries in my days and i NEVER EVER got a pair of headphones. SO NO they don't all come with them. And all of mine were purchased NEW. Buy a pair of headphones and get on with it.

Strange! Here in the UK they have always come with headphones! My Curve did, my Bold did, the Z10 and Q10 I bought did as did my Passport.

So if you bought your phone new and from the UK you should definitely have some headphones in that box...

I'm from the US and I've seen some video unboxings where they had gotten headphones. I was just curious if this has happened to anyone else. Thanks for the extremely helpful tip brett

Can't speak specifically for Classic but in Canada I received headphones with my Z10, Z30 and PP.
Unboxing vid I saw for Classic includes them. If your box was sealed make sure they aren't tucked away in a small cardboard container in very bottom.

Im in Canada and got headphones with my q5, and classic.

Hardly anything to get excited with, they are pretty crappy headphones lol

I've got them with every BlackBerry I've bought in Canada but they aren't the best. These ones, on the other hand, are amazing and are on sale here now. I highly recommend them.

I was disappointed when I purchased my Q10 for $600.00 +tax and didn't get any headphones but then again I was so excited that the disappointment went away pretty fast.

That's very strange. Both my Q10 and Classic are purchased from Europe and they not only come with headphones, they also include extra types of adapter in the box. (For Q10 it was Europe adapter + US and for the Classic it was Europe + UK.)

My blackberry classic came with headphones. They are garbage though I would not worry about it. Bad quality sound with music decent for hands free.

My Bold 9900 came with basic BlackBerry headset and so did my Passport SE. Both purchased in Canada. Was your box sealed?

You didn't tell us where you bought it from. A carrier? ShopBlackBerry?

Carriers have to pay for 'premium' additions like headphones and higher amperage/abnormal-type chargers. So some choose to forego those.
