I believe that may be a typo. I can't access Mega at the moment to confirm but I'm assuming Conite was referring to version 8.4.89
When installed the icon will show as Google Settings.

Thanks Conite ...haven't been able to access Mega so wasn't aware there have been updates.
    OP sorry for any confusion.
I can add as far as the USA today app you should be able to get past the GP services notification without patching..I seem to be able to do so....but if the notification does bother you use Cobalts play services patcher.

If you have downloaded the patcher you simply need to unzip the file.
Don't try to open the patcher right away.
Once the files are extracted you can then run the utility.

    Should look like this....

Read Cobalts instruction on first page of previously provided link.
Cobalt also suggests that you read post#3082 for assistance.

The downloaded app will be found in your Downloads folder on your device.

Open up the patcher and hit the Browse function.
Then search for your application using your PC directory.
When you locate the app simply import it back to the patcher.
