    if you google it, you can see about 10 different places that sell them.

    Did it by myself. Ebay - screen, youtube - how to.
    You need only set of good tools and video in front of you ;-)
    Well obviously no warranty after this kind of repair :-)

    You literally have to take the entire phone apart to do it. If that sounds like an issue for you, I recommend you have it done by a repair shop.
