[CrackBerry Question]

hi, i have a z30 and i have the 10.2.0.253 beta or test software, and i cannot unlock my devices network without changing it and i dont know how to make it have regular software. it was a phone given to me from someone of blackberry personal and i was told to change the software but now i cant get ahold of him to find out how. i have called everyone i know that could do this and no answer. hoping ill get some help here. please help!!!

Turn your device off and plug it to BlackBerry Link via USB, it will ask if you wanna reload the software. Do it. You'll be back on stock OS.

It won't get rid of the password though, if that is the issue.

You should be able to unlock the device without changing the OS. Have you actually tried using an unlocking service?

I think they meant unlocking the device to use on a different carrier, but I wasn't 100% sure either.
